I took advantage of the free trial and got a bottle of their serum delivered for £1.99, there was no obvious mention on their website about signing up to a continuous agreement, they then took £84.71. I spoke to the credit card company and they have stopped future payments hopefully but will not refund as it was an "agreement".

I have tracked them down which was difficult as I did not have any paperwork from them or an email. I have now found their number and after holding for a while I managed to get through to someone who has cancelled any future transactions (I hope). It's left a very bitter taste in my mouth, I can't believe they can get away with this. Especially as their products are sold on Amazon for £20!
