LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRCTED TO REPLACE 31 WINDOWS,FRONT DOOR ASSEMBLY AND BASEMENT DORR ALABASTER Alabama

I contracted with Lowes to install 31 windows and front door assembly with side lites and the glass arched on top of the door and a walk in basement door. They sent a installer out that had no clue how to install windows but he installed all but 4 front windows with the glass arch on top. The 27 he instaled are installed wrong and are set in too far which broke all the moldings and the sheetrock on the inside. He installed all my sunroom windows backwards, the second installer had to take them back out and reinstall. The front door was ordered 4 times and wrong each time along with the 4 front windows. The first door was 4" too wide and the others were wrong each time as were the 4 arched windows. The last time they came in wrong I just told them to stop. This all started in March 2013 and I stopped them in Oct 2013. This job was suppose to take several weeks and it turned into 6 months and still not finished. Inside and outside of my house is ruined. Will never step foot in a Lowes store again. Finally have turned over to a attorney since Lowes promises of making everything right never came. The executive office would even make promises of making it right but it never happened. Will now let the courts decide. Attorney has sent letters which they never responded to so now its time to file suit. They could care less.
