Mr. Slumlord Ballouz evicted me from my apartment.  I was set out without the court setting a red tag on my door.  Mr. Slumlord Ballouz changed the locks without obtaining a red card which is illegal, and I lost all my furniture.  I'm sure the roaches followed him to his restaurant.  This slumlord deserves to live with all his roach friends.

I assume he threw you out even though your rent was current and you followed the terms of the rental agreement....right?



Most likely, you didn't pay your rent and then stalled as long as you could before being evicted....MUCH more likely.
