MAG Powersports DO NOT TAKE YOUR QUAD TO MAG POWERSPORTS!!!! Forney Texas

I had previously used Mag Powersport services to lift my Polaris,  and felt confident to take my used Brute Force which was having issues to get repaired. I paid $1,500 for them to rebuild my differential and do a maintenance job.  I receive a call from them informing the motor was knocking and upon their recommendation they wanted to tear down the motor and rebuild for an additional $1,300, in which I agreed.  They also mentioned they needed to order another crank and some pistons, but I declined that since when I went to check it out they looked good. 

Since my Brute was still in the shop for over a month now, I ordered a power programmer for them to successfully finish tuning it.  They called and advised it was ready for pick up.  I informed "Adam" to test ride and inspected the Brute to make sure the job was completed correctly.  I go to the shop they start the engine it sounded ok, and when they brought the Brute to my truck I asked if it could pop wheelies and tech advised he didnt give it full throttle but had set it to the lowest level.  I got home jumped on and the Brute ran like a 250cc!!  

At this point I was done with MAG Powersports, since my Brute did not run as it should I needed a second opinion.  I called my buddy and he recommended another local ATV shop Ricardo Tech/owner and when I talked to him and gave him the breakdown and he immediately wrote a list of what was wrong (in which he only charged $250).

I called MAG back and informed them of my issue and all I heard was alot of excuses as why my Brute ran the way it did and they told me I should have drove 45 min back to drop it back off.  (who knows for how long that would have taken)  I spent 2800.00 with them and they had over a MONTH to complete the job but it was NOT done correct.  I spoke with a "manager" Jeff and he refused to refund me 250.00 that I had to get another shop to fix MAGs work.

Mag Powersports is a HUGE rip off, they will NOT get another cent from me...and I hope not from you either.  I recommend Motorcycles & ATV Repair - Ricardo Saldivar 1228 W Scyene Rd Suite 101, Mesquite TX, 75149 ... Oh it was completed in one day and now my Brute works amazing.
