** RIP OFF ALARM ** For the owner "Nicolas De Zutter" the work ethic doesn't mean anything as long as he can make even $1 more off you. It's been a very unpleasant experience dealing with this person as he has acted clearly against the mutual agreement and all promises made in person during the deal. He has made a big amount of commission on my deal which is totally OK BUT he sent a bill afterward and charged me 35 Euro per earth trip to property for a total of 1500 EURO. He clearly understands that he has promised to offer AFTERSALE service for clients living overseas as its a normal practice in Marbella when a foreigner is the Buyer. The 35 Euro fee has been never discussed and it's a complete RIP OFF. He had a deposit of 1500 Euro from me which he refused to pay it back while legally is not entitled to hold the money. I'm in process of making a legal claim against him through my lawyers. I would advise you to re-think before dealing with Marbella ForSale S.L. I do not unterstand this bad report, i work with marbella for sale since February 2017 and they are very professional and if you have a problem the owner Nicolas is a person you can talk with and find solutions. I Believe this is a report of bad intención. Anybody can contact me if they have any questions.

Your comments are false and defamatory. Whether you recall or not, you signed a contract for 12 months Property Care. The fees you claim were never mentioned are detailed in that contract.
The cost of the 12 months Property Care Agreement is 1,200€ +IVA, giving a total of 1,452€. We issued an invoice for that amount and you paid it.
Now, three months after signing, you want to cancel and still expect a full refund? The cancellation terms are also detailed in the contract you signed and state that 90 days notice is required. That´s two points of the contract which you breached.
We have never received a single complaint from any customer in over 8 years of trading. We have a complaints book in the office in accordance with Spanish law which we invite anyone to read whenever our office is open for business.
