Mark muller Speedy cash lying about my payments Topeka Kansas

 About two years ago I took out a title loan on my truck for emergency funds till I got paid. They loaned me I believe 800 dollars on my truck. 60 days went by and I went into the topeka office with my payment. I paid 750 dollars (cash) to the receptionist. Leaving a balance of 50 dollars. The lady at the counter said there printer was down so she would have to wrote a hand receipt. A week later I get a call from the speedy cash saying my payment was late and it Would go to repo status if I didn't make a payment. I explained to the lady I made a payment the week before for the 750 dollars. She reports that it was never reported and no history of this payment ever made. She said she would look I to it and call me back. They never called me back or would return my calls when I would call in asking for a supervisor. About a month goes by and they call me again saying payment was in arrears and. They were going to repo my truck. So again I explained that I already paid 750 dollars they needed to find that payment before I would make another payment. They never found the payment. Says it never was recorded and the person that was working was terminated for stealing money. I now have them reporting to my credit report for a dept of well over 2000 dollars.
