 I rented an apartment at 326 Belmont Avenue, Los Angeles, CA. This is an 8 unit apartment complex located near downtown LA. I am reporting this because I feel I've been ripped off by Mashcole Property Management due to the fact that they were NOT enforcing their NO PETS in apartments policy according to the lease agreements. No one told me that there were dogs in the apartments and I only found out 2 weeks after I moved in. I did asked the property manage but nothing was done. So far I counted 4 dogs in the property, two of them is owned by one of the tenants named "David." I can no longer stand the barking and the smell of this place that I've decided to look for another place. I think it's unfair for Mashcole Property Management not to inform me about those dogs before I moved in.
