On 3/15/14 we purchased an Exclipse Attitude Toy Hauler from McMahon's RV Colton. Our particular trailer would have to be built as they did not have the model we wanted available. We spoke with the Eclipse representative and he stated it would take 6-8 weeks to build ,which we were fine with. We signed the sales contract and provided our debit card information for our deposit of $4,000.

On 3/19/14, the $4,000 deposit was taken out of our account and we spoke with both the sales person as well as the Eclipse representative to confirm all of the information we spoke about on the the previous saturday.

A few weeks went by and I had gotten my own financing that beat what Mcmahon's was offering us so I called the Finance department to inform them of this change, he said he would beat the rate and call me back with more information. A day later we called and said he got us a better deal. I let him know that we would be back in to sign more paperwork showing these changes.

On 3/29/14 we signed our new contract. The trailer lot was pretty bare , but the sales people and the finance department assured us that they were moving across the street. We signed our new paperwork and went on with our day.

On 4/22/14 I had a question and decided to call the finance department , no answer. Called multiple times and left multiple messages but no response. I called the sales department and the mailbox was full, this was my final red flag. I called our sales person on her personal cell and she informed me the business had closed their doors.I asked where I could get more information and she stated there was information on rv daily news  online.

I then called our contact at Eclipse , and he confirmed what the sales woman stated and said that as of right now he knows the company is in negotiations with Camping World but that he had no further information and that Eclipse did not have our deposit, as they do not take deposits to build a trailer.

I then called Mike Langford , of Mcmahon's, who assured me that Camping World and Mcmahon's were in negotiations and that the customers and employees were their main concern. I have not heard back from anyone since . We are currently out of $4,000 and we have no trailer and no one to reach out to.
