Ordered an AmpCover and when it came it was in a priority mail package from USPS. Upon opening the envelope the horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke came out. The entire Amp Cover smelled. It was so bad we had to place it outside to air out. That did not work. We washed the cover at least 10 times in various ways and it still mells putrid.
We contacted the owner of the company and man who makes them and he had the audacity to tell me it was not him, it was the USPS and to blame them. We told him it was his product and he should take better care on sending it out IF it really was the USPS and he said talk to them. After reseaching I found OTHER have had this same experiece over the past few years and he has never taken responsibility. I am sorry but if people all over the USA is having the SAME issue it IS HIS PROBLEM. When asked about a remedy of a partial refund he told us to pay him more money and to never contact him again.
He is RUDE, his products SMELL HORRIBLE and he takes NO responsibilty for how his product is sent out. Once he gets the money and sends you the item it is Too Bad So Sad for the buyer.

Pleased with my MDB Covers

Ordered 3 amp covers and 1 cab cover on Dec 12th 2017. (Really didn't research feedback at the time for some reason) Totally forgot about 'em due to personal issues...Suddenly its been 8 weeks and no covers or update. Sent email inquring about order....no reply. 2 weeks later sent another email. No reply. After another week or 2 began thinking of steps to take to get refund and sent another email. Then a week later package arrives with all 4 covers.
Very Pleased wth these canvas covers...Very clean...excellent stitching....Perfect fit. Like how logo's on each cover incl amp, and cab, model. Just what I was wanting. Read that the dissatisfied customer washed his "10 Times" and it still smelld "Putrid"(??) .......Hmmmmm.....
