Bought a vehicle from this used car dealer trusting that my family was getting a safe truck but that was not the case.
had the car for 3 months only been able to drive it for one week in total not consecutive days. I have tried to work with this dealer to get a different car or just get my 3000 trade in jeep, 500 cash down payment back withno luck.
My finance company wont even finance for them anymore because of how dirty they are.
I am not talking small issues engine issues suspensions issues tires full of liquid due to over use of fix a flat that is extremely unsafe and simply put a way to get out of purchasing a new tire. A few cosmetic issues that I could live with had I not had to put up with 3 months of this dealer not willing to work with my family and give us a safe vehicle instead of this death trap.
Its a sad situation especially because I was reffered to this dealer by a friend whos father is a part owner. If they would do my family dirty just imagine what they would do to someone they have no personal relationship.
In the end I have to contact a lawyer all while still paying $381.00 car payment as well as full coverage insurance living pay check to pay check supporting our family now with no vehicle.

I'm going through the same thing right now with Meissner auto. I've contacted a lawyer and I am going through the process now. They sold me a car and I never had the chance to take it home because they had to do some work on it. After about a month, they called me and said that they are going to do away with the car and try to put me in another one. They also hid an accident from the carfax that they provide. These guys are no good. They hide from you and don't return calls when you leave them messages. These guys have done so many dirty tricks on me and that's why I had to contact a lawyer. Pleas be advised about this dealership.
