Michigan Realty Solutions really smooth  in getting you going; paid 1st invoice 75 days after calling; then get you busy and delay  payment until you are either broke or wise up and stop incurring costs/expenses . We never get to deep with a new company until we establish a good payment history.

We stopped after we had 3 invoices unpaid and informed Eva Steward and J. Boyle we would not complete remaining approved invoices until paid on old invoices.

Also, we refused to sign their Vendor Agreement. We are a well established company and have funds necessary to pursue as far as we can.  We  plan on legal action and naming legal owners of  property as Defendants based on agency and their knowledge of the actions of  Michigan Realty Solutions.
