Miller Plumbing and Heating Eric Miller Decietful, Rips off the elderly. Beware of Eric Miller's tatics Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Miller Plumbing and Heating (Eric Miller) Installed a furnace in my elderly Mothers home.  After several attememts to have the furnace repaired.  Mr. Miller then agreed to replace it only to replace it with a 120 BTU when a 150 BTU was paid for.  Quiet side is the manufacter, we talked to Quiet Side.  Quiet Side stated they will NEVER sell him anymore of their products due to Mr. Miller's lack of knowledge of how to install their product.  Quiet Side said "100+ warranted out furnaces were stored in his place of business and then would install them after adding parts to them"  Miller Plumbing is not a member of the BBB. So we now have no heat.  We also have no hot water as the furnace has been attached to the Hot water tank.  The Attorney Generals Office has been contacted but this takes some time.  So in closing I will sum this up.  Miller Plumbing and Heating (Eric Miller) has been engaged in fooling customers as to what they have paid for and don't recieve.  In my investigations his M.O. is to rip the elderly off.  It is also VERY obvious Miller does not have the knowledge to install the used furnaces he has been passing off as new.  We know they were not new as we were able to track the serial numbers.
