Mojo Global and Steve Halverson sold me software that was going  to send me leads from linkedin by sending out my personal letter to prospects that were not in my connections... Linkedin kicked my off two different times  and then the software was not able to work at all to send out my letters.. Steve assured me that they were a good company and they would have a differnet solution for me soon. I told him then that I wanted my money back. The support never picked up the phone again. The last time I did hear from support the tech told me that they were selling so many that suppout had no way to get back with everyone. In short, I cancelled about 3 weeks ago and it was confirmed with the Mojo support email and then they just charged my wife's account and they did not have her permissoion and I told them that they only had permission to charge the one time for $1000.00. I now have found out that they anyone can buy the same softeware direct from the owner for only $67.00 per month.... NOT $3000.00 per year.

As soon as I found out about the mistake I called this customer directly and we issued a prompt cancellation of the charge.  This was an error in our billing system that was immediately corrected.  I have since talked with Bill and he is happy with the efficient resolution.  We take our clients success very seriously, and we were disheartened that Bill was charged unexpectedly.  Mojo is passionate about helping our clients, and we will continue to operate by putting our customers needs first.
