Purchased 2 year subscription in Jan 2016. Sent email to company in March after looking over product asking for a refund of the $79 purchase price. Told refunds are not given. Most newsletters at least give a partial refund but this was refused. This is unacceptable.

Most of our publications offer a 30 day trial period, in which subscribers are able to cancel at any point within their trial period to receive a full refund. We are always sure to include information about trial periods in our order forms. Due to our policy, we are unable to provide refunds after a trial period ends.
