Monmouth Telecom uses deceitful tactics to force customers into unwanted contracts. Fall of last year, our company contacted Monmouth Telecom about our desire to reduce the number of phone lines in our office, due to downsizing it. We were told the process could not be completed because we were under contract. Five days later, our contract was auto-renewed by them. Monmouth Telecom was well aware of our desire to change our contract, yet renewed the old one anyway. We were given no warning that this auto-renewal was about to take place. Do not trust this company!
