Mr. Clean Carwash - Frisco Tx Damage to my car during detail Frisco Texas

 I brought my car to them for a full detail. They did a horrible job on the detail and didn't even shampoo the carpets like they were supposed to. The worst part is is that they damaged both Windows on the drivers side. I spoke with the Assistant manager, Nick, who told me that they can't accept liability. I came back a couple of days layer and spoke with the GM, Ben who filed a damage report and investigated. He agreed to replace the drivers door glass. That call never came. I went back to talk to him again but he no longer works there. Nick has been promoted to GM. He told me that they are now not going to replace my window. I asked him for the phone number to their corporate office and he refused to give it to me.
