LORD GADSBY ........... is the name this fraud used , with a business card stating the same. He is from london. Claims to be a member of the exclusive SoHo house.
LEE BASANNAVAR is his real name and he is a total fraud. He has been living at my home , that he rented for over three years by illegally sub leasing out my house to short term strangers so he could look like the Sunset Strip big shot baller.
I started eviction to get him out, now he just lives there for free, he changed the locks and hired thugs to keep my realtor out of the property. he even brought his family from london to squat at my home, the mother, the brother , the sister, they are all GRIFTERS
TOTAL LOST RENT, .... legal fees , I am at $24,000 and climbing. He claims to be a screen writer, but look him up on IMDB its laughable.
Warning do not rent or lease any property to this scammer he is full of
lies and his complete rental application was fraud. Just a typical Hollywood pretender LOSER

MR DJ Reed and I have reconciled. He has actually contacted ripoffreports on more than one occasion to remove the posting, but ripoffreports never remove any postings for some bizarre reason. Mr Reed has stated he overreacted during a property dispute and was going through a difficult phase when he posted this.
He has since showed the good grace to retract the words in this posting. He is my neighbour and I consider him to be my friend; he was contrite and honest in expressing his regret over this posting. Despite how hurtful these words were, his apology and efforts to reconcile took courage and decency on his part. Other than what remains on this unsavoury website, due to the very odd nature of ripoffreports and its practices, Mr Reed and I consider this matter resolved and fully closed.
