I received the email below on 5/5/2014. I called "Lonny" and told him that there were no SEO issues with this Website and that his information was incorrect. He repeatedly interrupted me to inform me that he was a "20-year veteran of SEO" and ended the call by shouting at me, and saying that I'd be "out of business in 5 years."
I then went to http://myepkmedia.com expecting to see an experienced and knowledgable SEO company but just saw a Wordpress template with their company information. So I immediately went to http://www.whois.com/whois/myepkmedia.com to see who was behind this company, and I learned that the Website's "Creation Date" was 3/14/2014! That's less than 2 months old!
As expected, his LinkedIn page at http://www.linkedin.com/pub/lonny-keller/3/138/750 shows absolutely no information about SEO. Instead, it lists him as being in car sales. To confirm that this was the correct indiviadual, a Google search on "Lonny" and his cell number brought up http://www.mylife.com/lonny-keller which shows that he went to St. Johns University, a fact that is confirmed on his LinkedIn page.
Scam Alert: This is a car salesman trying to sell SEO services. Stay away!

Details: When I googled you, your firm showed up at the bottom of page 5 - and I am only 6 miles away from you, which means that NO ONE can find your website. Forget about being 16 miles away - you are on page 9.
The person who is (or more accurately) isn't handling this for you has not optimized your firm at all, and more than 125 other firms within a 5 mile radius of your firm show up on google before anyone sees your link. THIS IS NOT GOOD. Only 3% of all new business comes after page 2. !!!!!!!
