 They are not sympathetic to your needs and they treat their employees poorly. Not to mention if you disagree with their employees they will flat out be rude and tell you off. You are just another mortgage to them and they could care less. If you get the run around they are trained to mislead you and just give you a line of crap when they can't approve your mortgage. They have employees who call you for documents they need and if you can't get it to them WHEN THEY WANT IT, they will tell you off and be rude. Not to mention their own employees complain on how unfairly they are treated for any circumstance. If their own employees speak this way, how do you think they will treat you???

Still No Answer From Certus

We are supposed to settle today and they are treating us just like the employee posted earlier in the year.  They have displaced 2 families and 7 children.  CertusBank Should do the right thing and let us settle on our home today at 1PM

The complaint listed above is true as I have been a victim of CertusBank as well.  Your company has an awful lot of explaining to do.

DO NOT GO TO CERTUS BANK!

The night before our closing and with 50 minutes to spare before our final walkthrough, Certus called and said they can not process our loan. 

This after our loan officer said he didnt want to talk with us anymore that he "Should have never have taken our loan, and that he was done with it", this after I had to get a manager involved. 

 

The manager Charles Moretz never even called me back today he left for the day before the news was dropped so he didnt have to deal with it. 

 

There are two families and a total of 7 children now out of their homes with no where to go.  What Certus bank has done to us over the last Month and half is wrong and I am making a goal to share my experience. 

They tried to send our realtor two fake commitment letters contingent on the appraisl which we paid for and had on August 28th.  I believe certus has played games and affected the lives of innocent people.

I will never recommend CERTUS BANK, and I will continue to share my experience.

 

Stay away from this comany CERTUS BANK.

 

Tomorrow I will try to get ahold of the manager that called me today to confirm our closing at 1PM. 

 

I feel misled, lied to and cheated out of 4K

Complaint not legitimate

As the owner of the company, I can tell that the two colluding complaints are not legitimate – you sure cannot believe everything you read on the internet.  Our employees work hard and play hard and are paid well and generally stay here a long time, as long as they have the same commitment to customer service as our culture does.  In fact, none of our peers are able to retain employees as long as we do, so we must be doing something right.

If the complainants or any customer ever has an issue, they are welcome to call me directly at 704-342-3001, as I welcome this information as ways to improve our customer experience.

Myers Park Mortgage, not a good place

I am an employee of Myers Park Mortgage.  Part of the problem is the employees get very little training and, they too, are frustrated with their jobs and the process.  And, you are correct in that they treat their employees unfairly and with very little respect.  Unfortunately, after I started here, I was told by serveral friends in the business that Myers Park Mortagage had a bad reputation as an employer and they would not recommend working there.  Now that I've been here, I agree.  And I've seen several instances where, due to lack of training, the employees did not know the correct processes to take in doing their job and, due to frustrations in not getting any help from management, came across rude or short with customers.... I'm not saying that's a good excuse for being rude to customers, but they are under a tremendous amount of stress to produce and forced to work long hours to meet production goals.  Just an FYI.... from one who knows.
