If Those who operate without a state-issued license harm the public, tarnish the respectability of the construction industry, and undermine Californias financial foundation by operating in the underground economy. If we want to keep clean and honest community, we must do what we can to STOP Narik McArthur and people like him.

I have to say I am pretty shocked seeing this report and these accusations. I have had much work done by Mr McArthur and know several of the people this person names in his 'report'. I have never had anything but positive and professional experiences with Narik and any of his workers. Always got the job done in an appropriate time frame and quality work. This sounds to me like an isolated incident or possibly disgruntled individual who may or may not have had a positive experience. But lets face it, it's construction. It doesn't always go smoothly in every job. But I have been nothing but satisfied and have referred him to many friends anf neighbors whom were all satisfied as well. 

You get a life loser and stop hurting people. You are caught and your tricks are exposed.  Going around town and crying I am a single father fools no one anymore... you are NOT a contractor. You are a LYING SCUMBAG!

Even when faced with hard proof and official state record Narik denies the State Revoked his License for cheating people and calls a HARD FACT lie. That's Narik. Narik says: .. "It worked well for me I took money and moved to Mammoth where no one knew".... but we know now, sir!  Everyone who had misfortune to meet you Narik knows not a SINGLE, SOLITARY WORD coming out of your mouth checks out. Not a SINGLE word!  In the beginning you are nice to lure people in but then you strike out. You use phony corporations to pretend you are contractor. If you are DAY labor as you say above, why do you need corporation? What are you an incorporated labor now? You cannot tell me Ill find you a tile guy or an electrician and you pay me for his labor in cash under the table, its called illegal contracting and is a CRIME in The State of California for which you deserve to be prosecuted.

Even the helper you brought to our house called you a pathological liar. Aaron Gull told us he knows you took payment and did not give him his salary. How dare you? You did this to another homeowner who said if he gets sued well sue that crook McArthur. We will sue you also. You cause damage to our property and try to extort us. The State is after you for acting fraudulently as contractor using PROPERTY SERVICES name. We are witnesses. To the contrary, you cannot sue anyone, California law says homeowner can refuse to pay dishonest person if he is not a contractor.And you must pay your helpers. When you stole that s****.> YOUR DENIAL IS FUTILE!

Alex...Everything you say is a lie. Give it up. Anyone who reads this will easily see you are full of crap.

FACTUAL FINDINGS UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION:

1: NARIK McARTHUR a.k.a. NARK PADRONI is dishonest man who could not an may not offer a single telephone number of a client who would say anything good about him. We find this consistent with the original report above and the official State Investigators finding that in one word says he is a CROOK! 

2: We dont know who Narik accuses above but know neighbors who saw Narik stealing tools from other contractor on the project he worked on and we saw Narik stealing s****.> 3: We contacted RAFAEL MORLEY a.k.a. RAFAEL SANDOVAL. He reviled he worked for Nariks. He knows him from times Narik had a valid license. he worked for Narik ON and OFF as labor for many years. Raphael seemingly substitutes income by selling illegal prescription medicine from Canada. he offered to sell us Human Growth Hormone to makes us young.

4) Rafael (who lives near San Diego) said Narik invited him to come to Mammoth Mountain to help him while working on Mr. Kaspers project.  Narik charged absentee owner money for helpers work but Narik did not pay Rafael (according to Rafael). Instead, Narik lied to him that he was not paid and he told him to go harass Mr. Kasper tenants and his family to force him to pay him.  According to Raphael who sounds mentally unstable he and Narik perfected a system of extortion whereas they will text message owner nasty messages until they pay to save themselves. Raphael stated he is staying at Nariks place and selling HGH from Narik's home where Narik minor daughter lives and is paying Narik a cut.

5: Narik pulled the same trick (charged owner but not payed helper) in relation with AAERON GULL (949) 943-4657. If you call this nice man he will tell you the same thing. Aaeron Gull worked as Narik helper at Mr. Kaspers project for few days. This seemingly took place when Narik brought Mr. Gull to our property to look our job. Aaeron said he was happy with Mr. Kasper. He treated him nice.He treated him with dignity and respect but he could not in good conscious work for Narik after hearing him lie repeatedly to Mr. Kasper about variety of things that he did not need to lie about at all.  Term "patollogical liar" was also used.  Aaeron explained Narik has changed after his divorce. He bacame mean and he lies a lot. What happened,  Aaeron says, was that Narik apparently demolished steps at the unit and then blackmailed Mr. Kasper for more money which is a similar act he did to us. Logically Narik was fired. Narik however cannot tolerate losing. Narik was mad because his game plan did not work as planed so he retaliated and caused a lot of problem and grief and went as far as going to knock on people's doors to spread lies in town of Mammoth. Aaron will never work for Narik again. Aeron offered phone number of another friend in So. California who said Mr. kasper paid him fast and on time. His name is Andrew (949) 456-3253. Andrew is afraid of Narik because Narik has bad temper.  

6: We also contacted Dr. Drain. Owner Domenic also said NO money is owed to him BY Mr. Kasper, nor he sued him or any person. Narik is lying. he told us that narik and Rafael came to tak with him and sugested he should sue the owner, but he sent them away. Apparently NO ONE in Mammoth lakes wants to have anything to do with Narik and we REALLY UNDERSTAND WHY!

7: There are other honest contractors in Mammoth Lakes who worked for us and also worked for Mr. Kasper. We asked them about Narik and Mr. Kasper and they all said they were delighted to work with Mr. Kasper and were paid on time as soon as the job was finished. "Mr. Kasper works on behalf of investors and cannot have crook ruin his businesses", we was told. Two out of three we know asked not to be identified by name because they are afraid of Narik because of Narik's bad temper and because he is quick to retaliate.

8: We find allegation that NARIK is a deadbeat who defensively lies that people owe him money to justify his own BAD ACTS and to deflect attention away form him TRUE. Based on our own experience we knew Narik is LIAR and a CROOK but still went to check before posting the status update weather his accusations has any merit.  They don't!

9. Our report is FACTUAL not slanderous. We trust Sate Official Record and the above is our own experience with this dishonest man. We also trust other reputable contractors mentioned above. NARIK'S DEFENSIVE RENT IS 100% FALSE AND WITHOUT ANY MERIT.

10. We found that Narik accuses everyone of lying and being thief when he gets fired. He even accused State Investigator of being thief and a liar when he pooled his contractors license.  Because he lies a lot he doesn't remember who he tells what.  ironically, by his own admission above that his name was on Mr. Kaspers permit he offered proof that he passes himself as Licensed Contractor. 

 * NO laborer's name in CA goes on permit according to Building Department! We invite Narik to post no false stories here but documents we can see in support of his baseless "knee-jerk"  allegations. Until we see documents we stand very firm that Narik is a CROOK, LIAR and a THIEF!

This report was filed by ALEX KASPER aka ALEX CVETKOVIC of Los Angeles who is currently being sued by 4 individuals in Mammoth Lakes Ca for failure to pay for labor. He has filed this slanderous report because I removed my name from a building permit he had pulled using my info. I sent a letter to the city asking them to remove me and they intern asked him to file a new permit. he came under scrutiny for the dishonest way he had tricked the city into getting his permit. which in turn, has held him up caused him problems. He has retaliated by posting slanderous info about me wherever he can. this site being one of them.
