"No reason"Pelletier's own words and no document had worked there as night manager since 1/5/09 The Night Manager 4/1/13 Pelletier assumes director ship and starts blatant racism fires of us reason for resignation of 6 African Americans all white people who work there he gave a job tile and raise in pay. No black person got such actually the highest black there got demoted in power and reduction in pay ! Now in America it's easier to deny easier to ignore Pelletier's racism is a more subtle version he gives hints suggestions indications of racial bias as if he is invisible and conveniently comes up with a cover story to justify or legitimize racially differential treatment so much more to this the integrity of Joseph house leaves z lot to b desired. For instance a board member who is also an attorney who has defended Pelletier for pay from Joseph house against me.
