National Institute of Child Care Management Company violated my civil rights and the laws created by the Americans with Disabilitites Act by refusing to provide a suitable method of relaying information. I asked for an email stating my options, and they refused forcing me to write a letter that had information from my Dr. about my dissability before they would then provide me witha solution.
