New AgeSkinCare Deceptive free trial Tempe Internet arizona

    I recently ordered both the serum and the cream from the website. I received the products and was charged for the shippping and handling fees for the "free trial offer". I read the packing list which stated this:"New Age skin Care 14 Day Trial. In order to find out how the trial works or to cancel this trial please call Customer service within the 14 day trial period. After the 14 day trial period expires you will be charged for this product. You must receive an RMA number to return the product in order not to be charged.

   I called customer service and asked the representative to expain the above statement. This was the answer. If you use the product you pay the full price. If you do not call to cancel within  14 days they will ship an automatic 30 day supply and charge your credit card every month. If you dont want to be enrolled in the auto program then you have to send the products back so you are not charged the full price. I requested that I not be enrolled in the auto program and I would return the products. I requested The RMA # form the Rep. since he did not offer me that info.

  So lets see how this free trial worked for me I paid a total of $12.92 shipping & handling which will not be reembursed. I will have to pay for returned postage since I opened the box. There is no free trial of the products. You get charged the full price of the trial products whther you use them or not use them. Im going to contact the Tempe BBB as well as other customers who have been scammed by this deceptive company. I hope they get sued.
