I won an auction item from nflauction.nfl.com on August 13th 2013. A week went by and I had no shipping info. So, I sent two emails to customer service. After another week, I finally received an email stating that they didnt have the item in stock. I've never heard of an auction that auctions something they dont have.

DISGUSTED!!
