Sassan Nickbakht is con artist who takes advatage of people's trust to scam them of thousands and in may cases hudereds of thousands of dollars.  He uses a non-existing sleep Center to form a fradulent partnership with non-suspecting and innocent people.  He primarily focuses on the Iranian community of Los Angeles, promising lucrative returns on their investments.  Please pay attention to the following if you ever come a cross this scam artist and thief:

He has a long record at Van Nuys court ranging from attempted theft of car (he attempted to ship a leased car outside the country) using fradulent documents and was arrested and spent time in jail, to 250,000 dollars judgement against him for defrauding an innocent housewife (please read her story in this section), after promising her to hep her start a phony sleep center.

Please pay attention that this individual never pays his bills with credit card and always pays in cash (hundred dollar bills).  He has no credit to apply for a credit card.

A search of his name in internet reveals that he has moved from apartment to apartment every several months either for non-payment of his rent or the fear of revange from people who have lost their life savings to this animal dressed as a person.

He drives a Mercedes which he claims has been paid in cash, but in reality is leased.  He also shows up at his meetings with a borrowed BMW claimimg that he is planning to buy the car, but later tells you that car was a melon and he returned it to the manufacturer.

There is a house regitered to him in Beverly Hills, but in reality is under his 4 years old son (Daryush) name, and mortgage is in the name of her now EX wife, and there is no equity in this house.  Several people have put a lean on this house, but there is no money to claim.

He also has 5 accounts at Bank of America with a total negative value of over (20000.00 dollars).  This means that he owes the bank close to $ 20,000.00.  A close investigations revealed that almost every check that he writes bounces due to insufficient funds.

He also uses young girls as his secretaries by offering them large sums of cash encouraging them to back-up his fradulent stories of his successful business.  They always carry some fake checks showing that he charges close to 6000-7000 dollars per sleep study.  They are all lies.

He was staying in  Germany and Dubai prior to immigrating to the United States, and has long records in those countries as well, and can't return to those countries due to outstanding arrest warrant against him.

His father in Iran is also another big scam artist, whom according to his own mother has Tought sassan everything he knows about scaming people.

He owns practically nothing under his name in this country, with the exception of a few properties with no existing value.

His current secretary is a 23 year old girl with the name of Mahsa Ghaleshahi who is a smooth talker and as good as Sassan in scaming people.  According to herself, she receives large sums of cash from SASSAN to help him cheating people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
