Nitroidtv , Nitroid TV , NITROID XD4 , Nitroidxd4 , Nitroidxd4 Nitroidtv scam, Nitroid TV doesn't work, Nitroid TV illegal Cooper City Florida

I would like to formally retract my previous consumer comment reguarding Nitroid TV. I was able to get the unit fixed and was helped out very much by whoever the person is that runs thier Facebook Page. That person remained in contact with  me and solved the problem I was having. I would like to commend that person for taking the initiative and helping a customer. Nitroid is not a scam as I previously stated.

I purchased the box a little over a month ago. I was fairly satisfied with it. Until the point where it started to act screwy. Would not connect, streams were not working accordingly, and sources were not connecting. Then came the point where the unit totally reset itself. I do not know what happened to it. I was and still am unable to get an answer to emails, or the numerous phone calls I placed for help. I was able to get a response from their Facebook page. When I was told they could remotely assist in getting the box to working order. I had a scheduled appointment to have someone from their tech support team call me in order to assist me over the phone. That phone call also never came. I rearranged my entire schedule that day to get this box that I paid a lot of money for fixed. When I again reached out over Facebook I was told that I needed to be patient, that their tech team is extremely busy. I understand that they might be busy, but all day busy? I am beginning to believe as much as I did not want to, that this company is a total sham. And that all of the customers including myself have been scammed. If you call a number of a business or company, you expect to get someone on the phone, the same as an email. I am hoping that the company makes it right and takes care of their customers. However I am extremely skeptical.

Nitroidtv does work . If it takes anyone 30 minutes or whatever to open a stream the problem is with their connection. I've been able to watch any movie I've search for. A lot of the steams are in 1080P easily. There may be other cheaper options out there but they don't come with anywhere near to having all the apps that Nitroid comes with and they don't give and option for you to install them. The person that file the original complaint most be a competitor.

I ordered this Android TV box recently, knowing nothing about streaming devices other than the excellent apple tv that I already own, and the Netflix that I have. I had read some reviews and was skeptical about the nitroid box I thought it would not work or do what they say it does, but I decide to give it a shot anyway and man was I wrong. There are many boxes on the Market, how do you know which one to use.

I know because I own this one and friends own others. Basically the box itself is similar in design to many, what sets it apart is the nitroid name, ntroid tv preloads their boxes with many many popular add ons and apps that dont come pre installed on the other cheaper boxes, thats one of the things that makes this a great choice for many.

I myself i am not a programmer, just the average joe movie nerd and enthusiast, so owning a system that is the most user friendly is a plus.I honestly haven’t even used my cable recently, no need.I have been loving the fact the nitroid box has turned my tv into a media monster, And also into a Android Operating system, making my tablet obsolete.

I can surf the web, go on Amazon and shop , Go to Google Play Store and download apps( and many additional TV and movie apps) , the box has amazing picture! Plus nitroid has the best customer service I have ever seen.They stand behind this product 100%, they are easily reached and have a website, facebookpage, and toll free number for, info or tech support,  .

You can call them and they answer the phone and help you directly. Most Android TV boxes come with remotes and HDMI cables, as does  there box, glad I read reviews of the boxes prior to purchase.they all recommended purchasing the wireless keyboard control which I did and would recommend it as well,makes the box navigate so much faster.I bought the keyboard and the nitroid box direct from the www.nitroidtv.com website I think this is the official site there are a few nitroid websites on the net but I think those are resellers I would make that same purchase again without hesitation.

Make sure you have a high speed internet connection, they say 10mbps is sufficient but  I think you shoud have more like 20 but remember if you connect to your router wirelessly you may loose some signal depending where you set up your box.having both in the same room is ideal. I   recommend atleast 15-25 mbps download speed, and more if you go wifi.In a nutshell, in my opinion which is based on reasonable research and personal experience and comparison to friends who have other brands of Android TV box, nitroid tv IS THE BEST COMPANY TO BUY YOUR BOX FROM p.s excuse my grammar and punctuation errors in this review I am not a college grad lol…
