Nordic security services fraud newport beach, California

Just had a friend over who use to work for Nordic Security Services - he said:

" I listened to some of my co workers stories and often wondered why they weren't in jail for violation of people's civil rights. Truly unbelievable. And don't try to complain to management cause they will make it out to be your fault...and if your black. find another job."

1. My teenage daughter was asked to 'show her t***' or she was going to have the police called because she had some friends over, she refused, and when I called Nordic Securty Services, they told me the supervisor was gone for the day. After I spoke with them they told me 'Keith' is a supervisor, so he knows better and was sorry believing she was over 18, really!? After my complaint, I got dinged with additional fees claiming my balcony door was the wrong color, I had to pay to get it fixed. Then even though my parking tags were evident, I began getting written up, and my car towed. Nothing like this happened till I called Nordic  Securty and complained about their guard. I called PCM and

2.  I called PCM to complain about Nordic Security does anyone works at PCM for more than 3 months?  every time i had contact with them.  i think that the personnel turn over, might just be a HUGE hint at the type of company you are getting involved with.

3.  My neightbor had a restraining order against a man who was accused of raping her, Nordic Security let him in the gated community and even walked him to her front door, even though they claim to have cameras on the property, but did not have the cameras on,anyway...  crappiest property management company offering the crappiest services EVER!!!!!

Let's not talk about the creepy 60 year old security guard who looks like Homer Simpson, and forces single Mom's to let his used his pierce tongue on them in order to not have thier cars towed...CREEPY

The man who started this posting is correct. Nordic does "ghost" hits of properties, they charge you for a hit the officer never does. Some cases they "phantom" properties meaning they do not even show up to the property. They encourage there officers to do this from over working there districts, also treating them like crap, giving them crap equipement, and terrible cars that should not even be allowed out on the road. I would stay away from this company if looking for a security service for your community. They are probably the worst of the bunch that is out there.

This goes much deeper than defrauding the properties and HOA on the time sheets. Professional Community Management (PCM) manages many properties and then hires its sister company Nordic Security Services onto the same properties. Nordic then instigates via its officers the theft of items of the tennants and home owners. I worked for Nordic and was offered to be apart of this ring. even considered it. The stolen items are sold at the swamp meet. After talking things over with my Dad, I alerted PCM not understanding they were partners with Nordic. I was threatend as was my family. Hiring Nordic or allowing PCM to arrange security is guaranteeing the tennants and occupants will be robbed and you will be defrauded on services as the original author has written about. The connection between PCM - Nordic is clear.

Nordic has always been proud of servicing there communities with the highest professionalism and to the best standards of security. I have always been treated well as a employee and having a very fair and understanding boss. I did not find the awful and ruthless comment to be truthful or forth right. I believe this is just another disgruntled employee that did not get there way and now wants to unjustly slam a company that has done so much for other people. I think our quality of work speaks for its self and will continue to provide the best service possible to all our communities. Further Nordic has been a team and a second family to there employees. They have always been loyal and understanding. There is nothing a company can do when a employee just wants to continue to take and take. Life and respect is not handed to people you have to earn it.
