They installed my unit 4 years ago. I had a problem with it not cooling in May, so I called them and they showed up 2 weeks later. They came out cleaned it and added coolant 4 lbs. Fast forward to the 2nd week in September I called again to have them come out, three weeks later they finally show up. Now back in may I paid close to $330. So he tells me I have a leak and its going to take another 8 lbs and he wouldn't charge me for the service call. What the heck they didn't even check for leaks in May, I reminded him of this. He said they need a base point to judge its severity. We went round and round for about 5 min I finally told him he had to go.
All I know is the guy had now people skills and I found $50 lbs was about 2 1/2 times to much to pay. This guy is a joke and out for your $$$
