I purchased the Franklin Device from Ntelos and had it activated in January 2012, at which time the device would cut off and on in ten minute intervals, I called Ntelos every day for almost a month in an attempt to get service, I was given the run around and offered credits to my account, it has been almost two months I have attempted to contact someone on several occasions to no avail, today March 10, 2012 I called Ntelos/FRAWG, I spoke with Jennifer ext no. 4171 who stated very rudely that she was in charge of all the departments here and that I would have to purchase a new device and they would assist me no further, I then asked for someone in a higher position she stated she was as high as I could get, which too is fraudulent advice. I have had several terrible customer care issues and the "supervisors" are the absolute worse, I don't feel I should be subjected to such rude customer care when I am paying my hard earned money for a product that hasn't worked, all of Ntelos products are refurbished and none are new, I don't want to believe this is how the owner of the company would like his company portrayed, however, whatever the case I want the proper customer care I was assured at the start of my service.

I did return the call as requested by the Ntelos rep, using the extension provided, and after numerous attempts have been unable to reach anyone, continuing this run around phase. There isn't a voice mail attached to the extension given by the rep, making it difficult to leave a message it just takes me to a customer service survey.

I left a message for a Corporate Executive that has helped me in the past, however I had to leave it with a CSR, vs. a voice mail, I am still having the same issues with the device, I am still unable to speak with someone who values paying customers.

Again I plead if there is anyone that has any support to offer please do, I pay my bill on despite the many increases and outages, the most recent being yesterday evening, in which customers are not compensated, however reprimanded for being even one minute late with a payment. This is unfair that a company can treat customers this way and stay in business, I guess thats why the name changes so frequent, I started with Primeco then went to Ntelos and now it's the Frawg, not to mention the insurance providers change at least two times a year. You would think to say the least they could provide decent customer care with all the changes we go through as customers, and with every change there is a rate increase. My supposed $50.00 Frawg plan is actually $78.00 a month, due to a faulty phone given to me as a replacement, that I was charged an extra $20 to activate an existing plan that was never terminated, talk about highway robbery.
