I agreed to a trial bottle of Diet Max on line, for 1.49 to try for 10 days and then decide whether to join their services. I received the bottle and 2 days later, I was charged 74.69. I called the number listed on the 1.49 charge and was told they would not refund my money, that they wouldn't take the opened bottle back and basically I signed up for their monthly product. I did not agree to any of this. They will not supply me with any agreements I supposedly made. They will not refund my money and they will not give me their email address. All I see on line are lots of fraud reports against them. I will have to work with my bank on trying to get my money refunded to me. I asked to be taken off their data banks.

Additional information. They sent me the wrong product. I didn't receive the "Acai cleansing capsules". I rec'd the "Acai supplements". I spoke to their customer service and they gave me their supervisor. She assured me of an immediate credit. It was never sent. I now am having my bank dispute the charge. They get you card info from the 'freight" charge, then bill you without your consent. Beware the vultures!!aA
