Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Stay Away from the Oaks of Redland apartments. This complex refuses to pay for damages to my truck that was hit by the apartment complex access gate. Gate closed on truck while leaving the property. Property manager denies any responsiblity. This complex is in a very high end part of SA with very high rental rates on the units however complex is managed as if it were a low income property. Trash always lying around complex, very unfriendly to pet owners and families. Many many hidden fees when you move in, little to no parking available at complex

What was the details of this accident?
Were you exiting/entering?
Do you have access or were you trying to sneak through by following another car?
Exactly where was your truck damaged and how much are you trying to get them to pay for?
Oh and just one other thing...if there was trash just lying around the complex that "lies" as much with the residents as it does with the management company. In fact the residents have even more of a responsibility in this, as the management is not their mother and shouldn't have to clean up after them.
