Orange County Process Management Poor Customer Service & No Results Provided Costa Mesa or Newport Beach, Orange County California

Beware...it's my opinion all the recent "5-star" reviews here are not from "real customers"...i should've put more credence with the older "1-star" reviews about this place....

Placed my order for service back in Oct. 15 and gave an approx. 200-word DETAILED description of the subject for service, "optimal" times for service, alternate times of service on weekdays, weekend possibilities, apartment #, etc. I also indicated service needed to be done by Oct. 30th.

DID NOT hear anything back from Barbara, until I emailed her on Oct. 23 (a week later), asking for an update. Her reply: "As of 10-20, we have not reached anyone yet. We will continue our efforts."

DID NOT hear anything again from her, till I emailed her on Oct. 29.  She claims they still couldn't make contact with the subject. Had I not taken the initiative to follow-up, I would never have known they they would totally miss my "stated requirement" that service needed to be done by Oct. 30th...She also blamed me for their inability of service, without provocation, that I gave her the "optimal" time for service, when in fact, I gave her other alternative times as suggestions.

I wanted to be respectful of her time so I didn't just call her directly, but, I emailed to ask how many times they attempted service, and on which dates & times they tried, but, I have NEVER HEARD BACK from Barbara. Is this much to ask? I told her I needed this info so I could adjust the servicing parameters, but, I guess she had more urgent things to work on:)

This obvious lack of communication, initiative, and follow through, not to mention, lack of "creativity" to effect service, should be a WARNING to all prospects!

I will never use this company again, and would highly suggest if you are looking for RELIABLE service - to choose another agency as well. Even if you have to pay double.
