This company should be shut down. It takes advantage of people with less than perfect credit, and charges them 2 to 3 times a vehicles value. With all the fee's they add on to the leases, you end up paying much more than the vehicle is worth. These are things they never tell you when you are setting up the lease. I for one think it is about time someone sues this company for everything its worth.

Sue them?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 22, 2011

Exactly what are you going to sue them for?

A company can charge what ever they want for a car.  If they wanted to charge 10 times what it is "worth" they have every right to do that.  It is up to the customer as to if they want to pay that price or not.  If they do then great for the business, if not the business has two choices.  Keep the price as it is and hope it finally sells, or lower the price to a price where someone will buy it.

If this is a dealer dealing with Sub-Prime customers they are taking a higher risk, and higher risk is always going to mean higher costs.  The Sub-Prime customer is going to pay for their past credit issues one way or another.  That is they are either going to have high interest rates, high vehicle costs, or a combination of the two.
