OZ Mobile Phone Ltd COMPLETE SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT DELIVER! OZ Mobile Phone Limited, Kose Muhammer SCAM ALERT! DO NOT TRUST HIM!! STAFFORDSHIRE United Kingdom

This company is a complete fake.  They have unbelievably low prices on all hot ticket mobile phones and a decent website.

At first glance and even after some research they seemed legit enough to give them a try.  Their company is legitimately registered for business in the UK, however their business address is in a college town on a residential street, and it is a two bedroom flat that was listed for rent about a year ago. 

Their UK phone number is a redirected number and their US number listed on their website is a google voice number, that didn't even have an outgoing message on the voice mail when it eventually connected to an actual phone.

They are running an elaborate scam with many different people involved, people in the US and people overseas that accept money for them as their "representatives.  Whether these other individuals are involved willingly or unwillingly is undetermined.  This money could be some sort of partial refund so that these people keep quiet and do not report this company as a scammer, like some version of a Ponzi scheme.

While dealing with Kose Muhammer over skype, I was told lie after lie by him, the order was supposed to be shipped via FedEx as the invoice stated, but instead it went through a no name shipping company, whose website was created in January of this year (2014) which is obviously a huge red flag and the telltale sign of an illegitimate company. Upon some internet searching and further research of this shipping company, the only proof of their existence I could find was their own website.

The shipping process proceeded as normal for a couple of days, then upon the scheduled day of delivery, this fake shipping company website said the shipment was on hold.  However there was no phone number for the supposed shipping company for me to contact, just a Gmail email address. When I emailed them, I was told that the order was shipped through Mexico of all places, and that Mexican customs was holding it because of a clerical error on the part of OZ Mobile Phone Ltd. 

I was then told that I needed to send an additional sum of money to allow the shipment to clear customs.  When I told them to have Mexican customs contact me directly so I could potentially make payment, I was given some lame excuse as to why that would not happen, and that I was to pay the fake shipping company directly for these charges, which of course is not the way those kind of things work at all.

When I confronted Kose Muhammer about this situation over skype and asked for a refund, my life was threatened by him repeatedly, idle threats no doubt.  I was told that they had my address and that if I didn’t keep quiet people would be coming for me soon.  He said that Allah wants me dead, and that it is his duty to make sure that happens soon.

I of course am not worried one bit, my duty to help warn any other people thinking about dealing with this company comes first.  I just hope that this posting will help deter anyone that is dealing with or thinking about dealing with these scammers to think again and stay away from these scammer company for good.
