SO  much has  happened  i  do  not  know  where  to  begin  Many an  attorney  has  heard  my  case  and  refused  to  help since  there  was  not  enough  money  in  it  to  be  a worthwile  case  TO  begin  i  am diagnosed as manic  depressent There  were  two  petsa --  shih-stu  and parrot  who daily  helped  me  get  through  each day  I  WAS  HOSPITALIZED  AND  PRECIOUS  MY  DOGWAS  PLACED  IN  THE  chester  county       S P C A   and  parrot placed in  someones  home  The fourth  day   spcs  contacted  me  as  to  my  intentions  and  i  told  them  loud  and  clear----   i  will  be  picking  up  precious  in  a  day  do  not  have  him  adopted    when  released  i  was  informed  at  the  spca we  know  nothing  about  having  your  pet  thewhitland policecame  to  spca and  told  me  precious  was  in  PHILADELPHIA  S P C A  AFTER  CALLING  I  WENT  TO  ERIE  WHERE  THE  PHIULA.  S  P  C  A  IS  AND  THEY  TOLD  ME  TO  GO TO  THE  ANIMAL  CONTROL  FOUR  BLOCKS AWAY  i  was  instructed  at  the  animalcontrol  ctr.  they  only  deal  with  philadelphia  canines   this  occured  december 2013  now 5/24/14 i  still  do  not  know   if  precious  was  killed  or  adopted  since  no  information  is  given  about  his  whereabouts

i  made  an  attempt  to  retrieve  my  parrot  and this  turned out  badly The  receptionist at  where  the  animal  control  lady  resides  said  and  i  quote  aren't  you  happy  you  are  getting  your  parrot back  THIS  COMMENT  JUST  MADE  MY  DAY!  the  windup  was  i  left  with  no  parrot

A  WEEK LATER  I  RECEIVED  TWO  CITATIONS  ONE  FOR  ANIMAL ABUSE  AND  SECOND  CITATION  WAS  HARASMENT   AGAIN  I  TOLD  MYSELF  WHO  SAID  LIFE  IS  FAIR  --RIGHT--THE  COST  WAS OVER  300DOLLARS BUT  TIS  IS  NOT  THE  POINT  my  two  pets  were  disposed  of  and  there  is  nothing  one  can  do  this  involves  tredyffrin  twp.  police and  the  animal  control  lady

there  were  two  courts  i  went  to  and  both  times  detective  bereda wanted  me  to  accept  the  abuse  citation  TO  BE  DROPPED  WHY  I  ASK  MYSELF  THEY  INSTRUCTED   S P C A  TO  MOVE  MY  PET  TO  PHILADELPHIA  AND  NEVER  RETURNED  MY  PARROT  SAYING  I  AM  ABUSIVE   YOU  FIGURE  IT   OUT  SINCE  I  AM  UNABLE  TOO    

the  cost  of  preciuous  1,200  and  the  parrot  400   yes  i  am  keeping  people  happy  by  receiving  free  pets  at a  terrible  expense to  my  health  and  money  so  detective  bereda  what  comes  around  goes around      you  will  meet  your  maker  someday  the  same  goes to  you  patty oshell'  

i  truly  believe  precious  is  being  abused  (if adopted)since  he  is  not  trained  and  must  wear  diapers and  meds  must  be  given  to  him  when rain  is  coming  because  if  not  he  goes  crazy    also  the  freedom  extended  to  my  parrot  surly  was  taken  away  and  as a result  the  parrot  has  become a   bitter  THIS  CONURE  NEVER BITES  ME  BUT  I  KNOW  IT  HAS  CHANGED SINCE  THE  LIFE  IT  EXPERIENCED  NO  LONGER  EXISTS
