Paypal Paypal Favors Users and Steals from Small Business San Jose California

I am a Medical Marijuana User in the State of Colorado and Registered with the government. I bought a waterpipe through paypal and it was broke when it arrived. I opened a paypal case explained my situation and paypal told me to pay to send the bongs back to get a refund. So, I paid out of pocket to fix a mistake that wasnt mine. When the seller got the return, he told them that i didnt include anything in the package and was never issued a refund. So I paid to ship the item back and the seller got to keep my money cause paypal told me they didnt cover losses of that nature... Than why do you still allow this seller to sell?

 Recently my account was limited for selling a glass pipe, now the customer swears they never got it... the tracking says they did along with signature confirmation. paypal refunded the buyer without making yhim return the item and they covered that.. How does it work out no matter what side of the situation i am on you decided to screw me..

you guys more than encouraged me to keep selling products... One day youre going to upset the wrong person. Dont put your employees in jeopardy like that by ripping off small business. you guys have made enough money. There are a lot of crazy people out there and lucky I am a good person. But I bet the boston terrorist used paypal once or twice, i bet the guy who shot up the thetre in colorado had dabbled with paypal before... what if you had stolen from one of them? There is a little food for thought. I know I couldnt morally do anybodies job at paypal with the horror stories i have read. I am just suprised out of all these paypal hating web sites and forums nobody has gotten really upset. Luckily i know it is just money and I will get it back. But for some of these people in this world you could be taking food off thier plate, or even worse thier kids plate. Just so you can drive around in your car with leather seats and extreme luxury... Must be nice, but Id rather have true love and friends who arent around just to get in my wallet...
