Has anyone come accross Philip Cottrell, Philip Howard Edward Cottrell based in Gibraltar, he was operating from Marbella in Spain under several company names, Forensic Wealth Management, Trafalgar commodities. He has been selling non existant gold dust as an investment. He has taken money for this investment and left clients high and dry with no investment and no money.

He has also been offering Range Rover cars for which he has been collecting reservations but clients end up with no car!
We have documents from Philip Cottrell to his clients offering these investments. He has also been selling property, taking reservations but the clients end up with no property.

There is a Spanish Lawyer now acting on behalf of these clients so if you wish more information please get in touch.
