I met Phoebe Low Wilson over seven years ago through a mutual friend.  I was impressed with her professionalism and ambition. We quickly came to a contractual agreement and started closing transactions.  This was all long before she became a licensed realtor or loan originator.  As time progressed, I held her in the highest regard; I even considered her a friend and attended her wedding this past August where I had the privilege of meeting her wonderful tight knit family.

I considered myself lucky to know Phoebe Low Wilson---that is, until this past Tuesday (January 7, 2013). This particular day, I ran in to a client who had transacted with us in the past and who was looking for a second home.  I was shocked when he thanked me and Phoebe for closing his transaction!  Certainly there had to be a mistake—Phoebe and I have had a signed agreement that binds our business association for years!  Moreover, we speak almost on a DAILY BASIS.

Of course, I immediately contacted Phoebe which, upon hearing my discovery, conveniently lost cell signal.  To make the long story short, I am still reeling from the knife in my back.  She tried to pacify me with a small amount of money (nowhere close to what is owed), citing some unsupported excuses to try to justify the amount. The deal closed LAST YEAR, December 20, 2013 to be exact.  I wonder if she thought of paying me my share when she was Christmas shopping or popping bottles New Year’s Eve or putting together her inspiring 2014 goals and praying over them?

She embezzled from our partnership and ROBBED ME BLIND with NO INTENT OF EVER PAYING ME.  She continued to work on this transaction for a month and never mentioned it to me, all the while speaking to me almost EVERY DAY.  With friends like that, who needs enemies?  I ended up having to hire an attorney and taking the matter to her broker before she paid me and the client the money she promised him

 I suspect this is not the first time she cunningly deceived me but I will probably never know for certain (who would admit to that??!). 

Those of you who don’t know me may want to look twice at Phoebe Low Wilson and her integrity.  If this email keeps her from stealing A DOLLAR from anyone else, it will be worth it to me.  If you question my intent in sharing this, email me.  I would be happy to send you evidence of my statements.  She will look you in the eye, and rob you blind with no remorse.  She must not have too many of her own clients if she has to rob those she does business with, including her clients!

Those of you who know me know that I don’t recommend individuals without FULLY believing in them.  Some of you have done business with Phoebe because of my referral.   To me, my WORD means something.  Because I have recommended her so highly for years, I would be remissed to not share my opinion of her now: She will rob from a friend who is a single mom of two kids and you may be better served by a loan originator or Realtor whose moral code is not compromised or for sale. 

If you do business with her, make sure you can afford a retainer and have the number to her broker on speed dial!  She reacted in lightning speed once he was contacted!!
