An ad captured my attention while online, and I clicked on it. Pinsleur Approach selling language learning methods. Excellent marketing and sales tools using UCLA, other credible attention grabbers. My son needs help in French at school, I thought for $10 lets try. After 15min on their website, I purchased $10 French cds, and 500 words additional for $41. TOTAL. My AMEX sent me an alert the following morning the company was attempting to charge me an additional $39.+ for NOTHING??? I called Pinsleur Approach, was given the run-around, they tried to confuse me regarding the charges stating I was confused, and they only charged me the initial amount. I demanded her supervisor. Of course the supervisor was not available and after several more minutes I was told I'd receive a call-back in an hour. NEVER HAPPENED. Stay away from Pinsleur Approach.
