Platinum Trader Binary Matrix Pro. Works with the First Web Site. Lost 400.25 to this company internet

I saw an add for makeing 106 dollars an hour on facebook trading online. It is making a bid $20 to $25 bid on a currency is going to go higher or lower than another. such as if the dollor is going to go higher than the euro. With that said Binary Matrix Pro has the soaftware to predict the outcome of this event. You post a bid with a Put or A Call. A put is if you think the one is going to go lower or a Call which is going to say it is going to go higher. The bid goes down in 60 seconds. If you picked the right direction you would make a gain of about $14 above your $20 investment. You have to make an investment with Platinum Trader of $500.00 to start. As it went I went up about $50 and then progressively went down to $400.25. It was happening much to fast so I decided to cut my losses and take what I had left and call it a day. When I withdrew the $400.25 it did not go back into my account. Now on Plaitum Traders web site they have Live Chat no one answers. E-mail no writes back. Phone no one answers. I went on Binary Matrix Pro. and wrote them and they e-mailed me back saying keep trying but I already lost my investment to Platinum Trader. Their was an e-mail to phone  call Platinum trader which I did call and the person on the other end said they needed proof of my ID, credit card and a current bill in an e-mail sent to them. I did try to send this and two e-mails they supplied bounced. The person on the other end was surprised. I was not. Its called getting the run around until you give up. I'm glad I did not invest any more money because of not getting back what I put in in the first place. I hope this helps someone else not get caught in the trap I did. This is hard earned money and hard to replace.
