Possible POS and owner Manan Mehta Illegal hiriing practices, deceitful trade practices DISCRIMINATION Stafford Texas

I applied for a position with this company, clearly over qualified and had salary requirements. They invited me in to interview based on a position that clearly identifies a salary they had no intentions of honoring. Unfortunately for me I placed a current offer on hold to seek this opportunity and was sold as to the environment I was getting into. After I was told I got the job I informed the other company I was no longer interested only to find out an offer came but 25k less than what was advertised, AND 15k less than what I required.  

When attempting to clarify why these numbers didn't match the owner Mr. Mehta increased his offer by 10k. When I mentioned this was still 5k lower than my requirements but that I would accept his offer he no longer became interested. Transparent discrimination at its' finest and borderline illegal hiring tactics based on the circumstances. Now I am left unemployed all at the hands of an unorganized business owner with clear discrimination. This will show through to the product, relationship with employees and customer service.
