POSTAL CENTER USA IN MILFORD, Massachusetts Cheryl at POSTAL CENTER USA , Condescending, Don't go above and beyond, take your money, and do nothing to help Milford Massachusetts

I would suggest that anyone thinking of doing any of their postal needs, just go to your local USPS. This place where Cheryl who seems to be the main one that contacts you in regards to Customer Service issues, charges much higher than the USPS ... even for stamps...and they do not do anything the USPS would in regards to helping you with mailing issues. 

They can't sort mail correctly, and give you other's mail a lot, they have to be spoken to on that. Cheryl at the email (cust. svc.):  customerservice@postalcenter.com states that her and her team are not required to do anything but put mail in your box. However when you bring up to her what the USPS states as rules (and what she pulls out of her excuse bag as rules), she states to you she doesn't know why the USPS would state certain rules in their actual PDF manual online. She even claims in email that the USPS should probably change those rules. Maybe she should write the governement and tell them that directly. She truly feels like she knows everything. Additionally she states she was trained by someone at the USPS. That's very weird to me, because if that was the case, the USPS actually does what she refused to do for me. And as stated, they charge much more at this postal center on 9C Medway Rd Milford, MA 01757. 

She was full of excuses. 'We don't have to do this', is basically all you will hear. If you want to pay more for a box where they mess up, where they can't help you like the USPS, and you desire a markup in stamps etc, then you might enjoy this place. She and the crew that runs Postal Center USA in Milford, MA in my opinion are useless and they take your money and do nothing for you.
