pressler and pressler new century financial an execution against goods and chattels was filed against me on a charged off account parsippany, New Jersey

 on september 12,2011 i received a letter from wells fargo that they had been served with a legal document by the superior court of nj, and $ 100.00 was taken out of mine and my husbands joint account for wells fargo legal processing fee of which there was only 4 cents in this account. i now have a judgment against me for  an execution against goods and chattels in the amount of $ 912.12 this is on an account that was charged off over 4 years ago.i don't know how to fight this can someone please help me with legal advise.
