i am starting a new business and wanted to do business locally.  i heard about the print shack.

i picked out a card template and was quoted $68.00, they needed a deposit.  i give them $40.00 cash and got a receipt with the balance.  after 2 weeks with no response i contacted them, and they went up on the price to over $100.00 for 1000 business cards.  they sent me a proof about a week later and it was wrong.

we made some changes, that's when i was informed it would be more money.  after some discusion about the money they said, "they would give me the card for free".   i refused because at this time i had already had all of my printing done and just wanted my money back.  after that, i never heard from them again and never got my $40.00 back.

i used shiloh printing in chanelview,tx and had my material within a week.  the $40.00 isn't that important, but i wanted to let everyone else know about these business practices.

over the last month i have talked to some personal friend that used them and they told me their bad experiences.
