Prize Candle Also when i ordered it was bye one get one free i paid over 80.00 dollars i have emailed them a lot of times and no answer i have ask for someone to call me ore email me back. I am not happy with them and will never order from them again. I want my free candles but that will not happen Santa Monica California

 have you forgotten that OTHER hands have been on YOUR package BEFORE you have recieved it?? That at least 10-20 other PEOPLE have had thier hands on it since it left the warehouse? No, people like YOU expect the world and give nothing back. THEY cannot just GIVE you new candles because YOU SAY it arrived broken. And before YOU go blasting them remember YOU picked the shipping!!! YOU will NOT be able to talk to anyone BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Why would they bother to respond to ANY issue that is NOT thier problem? To YOU its not FAIR and YOU dont think its RIGHT. But YOU want all new candles. SOrry but want in one hand and poo in the other. YOU have to address this damaged product issue with the company that delivered the product. NOT the website because THEY CANT HELP YOU!!! YOU KNOW that it was damaged in the shipping companies hands, YOU just dont want to fight with THEM and figured that trying to BLACKMAIL the website online is going to get some response.
