Prometitum llc has charged my bank account for 3 years under different names for bogus services . I do not have any credit and they have been charging me for credit counseling/services. I have spoken to numerous agents about this and they promise to investigate within their company and get back to me. One agent hung up on me when I told them that this was fraud. They do not keep accurate records and do not show any previous charges they charged me dating back 3 years.
When I did get a agent to verify charges for the current year after a bank investigation she agreed to refund only 3 months out of the 3 years they had been charging. This company is ripping people off daily and I am appalled at the fact that they are allowed to keep doing it !!!!! Under federal law US code 18 USC 1029 this is called account skimming/computer fraud.
I am getting a lawyer and talking with the news alert on this ! THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED FROM RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!!!
