I was working for homemaker services in philadelphia as a caretakee i been with them foe a little ovrr 8 mths then was informed that public partnerships would be taking over so we were to transition from one company to the other simple i thought well here we are ending of january and still no pay they owe me two paychecks ive done everything i signed their welcome packet which was sent to the person i care for we filled packet out with both our information and sent it back now this was in decrmber 2012 t i called ppl got a fax number to resend my time sheets from homemaker services and nothing i ask to speak to supervisor they denied me tht right they gave me a email to robin setter fron ppl so that i xan obtain a worker id number and noone returns my calls emails or anything i call the ppl i am placed on hold for hours transferred or simply the system hangs up they cant help me because im not in system n cant provide id number i never was provided ive been patoent ive filed complaints with dept of labor ive exhausted all options ive even thought of filing in small claims court but dont have the money for tht im a single parent of four children the bills are coming in doon things will start getting shut off and still no pay this company is a disgrace to the working poor
