pupdaddy.comm BEWARE- Pupdaddy.com can't guarantee delivery or cancellation of order for refund!!!! Edison, NJ Internet

I ordered a turtle habitat for my sons birthday, upon order I never received any confirmation or status update from pupdaddy.com. I called to follow up on the order to be told that after the day you pay, there is an additional 24-48 hour processing time before the order ships. This was according to the 3rd party they use for customer service my order had not yet been processed which was going to be a problem as I would miss my sons birthday. I said ok, then if you can't guarantee my order delivering on time, then I will need to cancel the order and be refunded asap. They stated they could not guarantee they could cancel the order and that I would have to potentially wait for the order to ship, refuse it, upon return to the 3rd party fufillment center I would have a refund processed, potentially 2 WEEKS. Unacceptable. I need these funds to secure a gift for my son ON HIS BIRTHDAY. Not a week a later. 

I recommend not ordering from this site as they do not own the fufillment of product nor the customer care. Once I got to a place to escalate the only person there, was rude. Apparently Ralph at pupdaddy.com is also the CEO according to him and there was no one else for me to talk to in order to get a reasonable resolution.

This is everything wrong with online ordering and they could take a page from AMAZON in regards to customer care. Nothing more frustrating than a company having your money and not caring that you are unsatisfied. They could cost my son his 7th birthday memories and they could care less.
