My first time writting a report on Stephen Blignaut/ Pure Microderm Franchises Pty and IPL Salon Machines. The Snake Charmer (as my wife calls him). 

This is a warning to anyone thinking of working for him or about to buy any Beauty Salon Machines from him, this guy is a real snake charmer and definately not to be trusted.

Today I was sacked from my Job because I had smoked in a company car after I had an accidernt in it last Friday. Knowone hurt , not alot of damage, so the the question is why ? He took me off our company email and CRM without even a call. whenever you sell something for him he will try and screw you out of commissions, even my first sale which was 15% he only paid 8%.

He wont tell me why because he is a paranoid control freak ! He told me today that "I was nothing and I would never be anything", nice thing to hear from someone you have just made alot of money for.

Stephen Blignaut from IPL salon machines is very shifty even to his clients in the Beauty Salon Industry. He charges them upto five or six times more than the import price. Ie Brings in a IPL salon machine for hair removal for say 4k from china where they aren't even built to Australian standards and only Europenean , and sells them to Beauty Salons here in Melbourne for say $26k. He then cons them to take finance at 20% and makes money from that as well.

He has no overheads, no office, no stock on hand, and tells all his clients otherwise. Beware owners of Beauty Salons in Australia. Do your own homework bring in your own machines and pay only 4k. Otherwise be  prepard for no service . 

I suspect he will rebuke all of the above, but I have two warnings for everyone.

1/ if you are going to work for him, get everything in writting from Stephen Blignaut from Pure Microderm Franchises Pty in contract form. ( he has been telling me for three months that I was going on a base plus comms) 

2/ When buying a machine from Stephen compare apples for apples. Do your own homework ask around, go online and buy from a reputal company.
