Qualia Market Research Services under the direction of Lia Pasternack and the aid of Rich Pasternack, continue to recruit

physicians such as myself to be interviewed on medications, in my case for Major Depression. They call you and ask a large

number of questions pertaining to the medicines usded in the treatment of the disorder. Then, as described by a previous

person authoring a report on them, they refuse to talk to you again. They do not return phone calls, emails or other forms

of messages.

Worse then this, the "Honorarium", the money you have been promised for your time is gone. They make up bank

account slips showing the money was sent to you but never arrived, even tho it was three months later. When they finally talk

to you they are cordial but insist "the check is in the mail" but of coure, you never receive it.

If you speak to them on the phone, and this is a really lucky occasion, they are very cordial, making you feel that you

are to blame for not having waited long enough or are just too stup (as a physician) to realize that they are telling the

truth and you are wrong. They talk in circles to you. They give you "tracking information" from their bank, really a

credit union, but do not really give you Fedex, or USP, or USPS tracking numbers. They make up the rest.

The bottom line is that they make money by using professionals, physicians, to give their opinions but never pay them.

The profits of course, go to Lia and Rich Pasternack. An it all seems legitimate to begin with.

It is impossible to convey to you how frustrating it is for a doctor to be taken advantage of and yet feel helpless as

to know how to deal with it. You can excuse a patient if he or she is  too poor to pay you, but you are frustrated

when you know someone can pay you for your opinion but simply refuses!
